WHAT IS YOGA MOVES™?
Most yoga is specialized movement, rather than functional movement . . . picture standing on one foot while holding the other foot with one hand behind you (and up as high as you can), while arching your back, lifting your chest, and reaching the other arm up in front of you.
That movement may sound extreme, but it is a traditional yoga pose done in yoga classes everywhere.
