My Remedy for Relief is a whole body system that combines elements of classical yoga, breath work, biomechanics, and the corrective exercise and self-massage therapy ball techniques of Yoga Tune Up® to help you feel what it's like to truly live well in your body every day.

Using techniques from strong alignment based and therapeutic yoga schools including Yoga Tune Up®, my focus is on the areas of the body that tend to be the most troublesome due to overuse, underuse, poor posture, or other abuse.
I will teach you the fundamentals of traditional and not-so-traditional yoga postures, inspire your knowledge of human anatomy and movement, and get you moving in ways that open, energize, and heal damaged muscle fibers and connective tissues.
Learn to take specific regions of your body through their full range of aligned motion to increase overall strength and flexibility, restore physical imbalances, relieve pain, and reduce stress. By aligning and balancing the physical body, we are then able to live with a more flexible mind and open heart.
