Move the coffee table, set up your laptop, iPad or other device, and tune in for some movement to make your body and soul fee amazing!

If you have a yoga mat, go ahead and spread it out. But if not, no worries! Just lay down a blanket or beach towel instead.

Since you may need some props for the comfort and support of your particular body, it's not a bad idea to have some things nearby just in case. You might have the actual "yoga paraphernalia", or you can substitute pillows, folded blankets, a necktie or scarf, and a chair or stool.
